Roxanne (Rox)
This morning I woke up and was the first one awake. I sat in the living room waiting for the others to wake up. Rox was the first one down, and the others followed shortly after.
"Where's Claire?" Rox asked, looking around the room.
I became nervous very quickly.
"She left last night, said she wasn't feeling well." I quickly said.
Rox looked at me unconvinced, but eventually smiled and said okay.
The day went on, and we had a good day. We swam in the lake, make little races for us to compete in, and when the evening hours came around, we began playing board games together. We played late, and Shannon and Cheryl headed up to bed around 1am. Rox however, stayed behind and came and sat down right next to me.
"What's going on," She asked, "I know Claire wouldn't have just left without telling me or saying goodbye or anything.
"I don't know, she just said she wasn't feeling good and left. I tried to get her to stay, but she just wasn't having it." I replied.
At that, I got up and walked to the kitchen.
"Would you like anything to drink?" I asked.
"I'm all set," She replied, "but thank you."
I beamed a quick smile and proceeded to the kitchen. I felt that she was onto me, so I had to get her quickly.
I grabbed a bottle of Chloroform that I had in the cabinets just in case, and a rag I found laying on the counter. I doused the rag and went back out to Rox.
"Hey, come here so I can tell you something." I said.
Rox rolled her eyes and walked over to me, sitting down next to me on the couch.
I'm so sorry," I said as I quickly brought the rag up to her face and held it there for a brief few seconds. Her eyes widened as I did this and then she fell sideways in a slump onto the couch next to me.
I looked at her limp body, and gave it a nudge, just to make sure she was out.
Once I was sure of it, I picked up her body and brought it to the basement, where my second contraption was awaiting its victims.
I got her settled in, and sat on a stool next to her, waiting for her to wake up.
15 minutes passed by before she finally woke up. She looked at me eyes wide and breathing heavily.
"Wh- Where am I?" she said confused, and breathlessly.
"Hi Rox, I'm sorry I have too do this to you."
"Do what? I didn't do anything to you, so why are you doing this to me?" She yelled.
"You see, back when our parents were in high school together, mine weren't so popular. They were the targets of your parents, and they did some pretty terrible things to mine. So I thought about my parents, and they're somewhat cowards. They will go their whole lives and never get justice for themselves. So that's where I come in. I will be getting justice for my parents, and that just so happens to be through you and the other girls. I already dealt with Claire, she's locked up in my shed out back, where you will be after this."
She began screaming, shrill, and piercing to the ear.
"No one can hear you," I proceeded to say, "I have soundproofed the whole basement, and the girls are sounds asleep upstairs for the night."
"Please, you don't have to do this. We can make this right another way. I didn't do anything, I don't deserve this."
Her pleading had no affect on me. I continued attaching the plank to her eye.
"I'm sorry it had to come to this, there's just no other way." I said as I switched the machine to on and walked to the other side of the room. I stood there and watched as the machine wound up, and hit the plank that was sitting so still on her eye. She screamed and I watched as blood started to drip down her face, and her chin, onto the floor. She screamed for several more minutes, before the machine hit once more, and she passed out. Her unconscious body sat there, and I went over and unbound her arms and legs. I threw her body over my shoulder, and started making my way towards the shed.
As I unlocked the door, Claire looked at me, eyes wide in panic.
"What did you do to her? You killed her!" She screamed in hysterics.
"I didn't kill her, she's going to be fine."
I laid her slumped body onto the bed and tied her ankles.
I noticed the food was untouched, and I glanced at Claire.
"Eat!" I said as I made my way towards the exit, and left, locking the door behind me.
The girls were together, and they surely would scheme against me. But I was prepared for anything, or so I would like to think.
Anyway, I'm signing off for the day and I'll be back tomorrow to write another blog about Shannon and how her day goes. I have to start hiding my computer in case anyone finds out about my cabin and comes looking for the girls. I wouldn't want anyone finding these blogs and using against me. I'll get back on and write as soon as I can. Goodnight!
